Our horse trailer photo booth is 10′ x 5′ and can conveniently fit into the same parking space as a pickup truck. All that’s required is level ground and a standard 120V electrical outlet situated within 50 feet of the trailer for seamless operation.

The rental period for Wandersnap photo booth rentals typically last for three to four hours, depending on the package that you choose when booking with us. All of our rental packages includes:

  • Delivery, set-up, and take-down of the photo booth by our professional attendant(s)
  • Unlimited use of the photo booth during the rental period
  • A high-quality, DSLR camera & flash
  • A wide range of fun props for guests to use during the photo-taking process
  • An online gallery with all photos from the event

Is there a limit to how many photos we can take during the rental period?

No, there is no limit to the number of photos that can be taken during the rental period of Wandersnap’s photo booths. Guests can take as many photos as they like, and two copies of each photo will be printed out immediately so that guests can take them home as a physical souvenir of their experience.

Is there an option for unlimited prints or digital copies of the photos?

Yes, the Wandersnap photo booth rentals offer options for both unlimited prints and digital copies of the photos. With our unlimited prints add-on option, guests can take as many photos as they like during the rental period, and we will print out a copy for each guest in the photo. This option is great for events where guests want to take home a physical souvenir of their experience.

Our standard packages include two (2) 2×4 printed copies per photo taken. If two guests are in the booth together, each guest can have a photo as a keepsake.

For those who prefer digital copies, we offer the option to have all photos from the event provided in a digital format through a downloadable online gallery. This option is great for events where guests want to easily share their photos on social media or keep digital copies for themselves.

How can I secure my rental?

To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We accept cash, check, or credit.

What is the cancellation policy?

Wandersnap understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise and plans may change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate any changes to your rental reservation. If you need to cancel your rental reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you cancel more than 60 days before your event, we’ll refund your deposit in full. For cancellations within 30 days, we’ll retain the deposit but issue a credit for a future rental. For rescheduling, we’ll work with you to find a new date, subject to availability, and apply your deposit accordingly.
